Guthrie, Marveax, Obertan and Ben Arfa are shite. Anyone who can reference Marveaux when he has played four minutes all season is not being objective.

Our midfield is Henderson, Lucas, Gerrard, and Downing and one of their players would get in that midfield, and that is because Henderson is playing out of position.

Ben Arfa is not shite my freind. He is not shite. Gutierrez is better than Downing and actually grafts even when not playing well and is actually prepared to gamble a little. For Guthrie see spearing.

Fact is their wide men trump ours everytime.

Even if you are correct, given our cups runs It could still be argued we are where we deserve to be based on squad.

Henderson doesnt have a position, he is dark matter. He would be lucky to get on their bench as he was lucky to get on Sunderlands bench.

If tiote and cabaye would both get into our side that would leave gerrard on the bench. Tiote cannot pass, lucas is a better player. Ben arfa can't get in the side ahead of ryan taylor. In short, you are quite wrong on this matter. Ba would get into our side. Thats it. There may be a shout for someone on the right but I would play kuyt ahead of ryan taylor or jonas personally. Its a little silly comparing one teams back up players with anothers first choice isn't it? Of course tiote is better than spearing. The question should be is perch better than spearing? We have a better squad than newcastle. We have a better first XI than newcastle. If we finish below them in league it will be down to serious under performance, not because they have a better squad for fucks sake.

Deluded. Badly deluded. Wake ey wakey. Reality called.

Even though he started every game for them. Ben arfa is being kept out of the side by ryan taylor. How do you explain that one? You think i'm deluded because i think we have a better squad than newcastle. I think you're clueless and a borderline mentalcase based on everything i've ever seen you write.

Ben Arfa is a better player than Henderson, miles better, he was one of the standout CL performers shortly before he went to Newcastle, in fact Im sure he's only on loan there. He has scored 4 goals this season from a mere 21 games with ten of them apps off the bench and no doubt has at least one or two assists.

Jordan Henderson has played thus far 37 appearances with 6 apps of those off the bench and a paltry one goal. Arfa being merely 3 years older than him.

The fact they have the luxury of putting him on the bench is only a worse pisstake.

Ryan Taylor is a pretty decent player also and one of the best set peice specialists in the Prem. Playing out of place at left back or at right back he has made 28 apps this season scoring 4 goals.

However, I can explain that one. Ben Arfa is primarily a left winger and Ryan is primarily a right back who can also play right mid or left back. I know because I've sat and watched Ryan Taylor for Tranmere when he was coming through and Ben Arfa when he was starring in the CL for Lyon/Marseille. He had some serious injury problems however and Pardew has stated himself that he is managing him back into the side.

If that makes me clueless then only one of us is a mentalcase as clearly you dont appear to know jack.

As Ive said, throw in our cup runs, the fact we had the Suarez/Gerrard/Lucas absences, we are exactly we we should be.

How many games did Mascherano play for West Ham? Who was keeping him out of the side?

What matters is whose buying players in the future. FSG have to make sure they understand the implications of spending crippling amounts of money on pretty much nailed on failures.

Hindsight is a wonderful thing but did we even need it? Lots of threads on here stating how poor our signing were. Kenny needs to admit some buys just haven't worked out, move them on and FSG need to back him again in the transfer market. If not then what is the point, they need to move him upstairs and get someone in who they will back.

Otherwise I fear next season will see some new lows!

How would you like free tickets to Anfield and a chance to earn millions a year? Would you like to have absolutely no accountability whatsoever in your job? Apply for a job at Liverpool FC today and remember: "It's not my fault, that's his job."

For me, Adam was the only real dog of a signing.

Carroll and Henderson both have bags of potential - now if they can realise that potential we'll have a couple of very good players.

Agree Adam is poor but the fee we paid was minimal, the saying you get what you pay for was made for that purchase. Try and apply that same saying to Carroll and you realise we have just seen the Epic Swindle MkII

If I was Carroll I'd spend all summer at Melwood trying to get an edge on prem defenders but we all know the hairy fucker will be pictured at a myriad of locations with beer in hand... he'll come back fresh with a goal target of scoring 5 for the season... the saddest thing is I don't think he'd score 5.

Give him some time - don't forget he didn't even have a proper tailored fitness programme at newcastle (allegedly) and he is starting to look ripped as fuck.

The question shouldn't be "is he worth 35 million" the question should be "is he worth torres plus 15 million on top" and on the evidence of this season the answer has to be yes.

I honestly hope your right mate, would gorge myself on humble pie to see the goals flying in from him but I know deep down he's not coming good.

He's never going to be a 25-30 goals a season striker, and that's really what we need, but I think in time, he'll be around the 20 mark, IF he progresses and learns to play the way KK wants him to.

We've seen glimpses of that in recent weeks, and hopefully he can kick on next season.

I'm amazed that I forgot about downing, but to be fair he's usually pretty annonymous on the pitch, so I have some excuse ;)

Sorry but thats fucking ridiculous , the question should be how much can we get for him ?.... we all have to stop with the bullshit spin its cringeworthy.

I know it can be hard to come to terms with but you need to try and accept we monumentally fucked up last summer , its hard to imagine we could of done any worse.

The sad and tragic thing is me or you would of spent that money better , instead weve got people getting paid to make these shit hole brain dead decisions.
