Just now, Colonel Kurtz said:

If you read the article he admits to attending the meetings. How is that not credible ?

He attended the meetings.

Years later, the founder of the group started spouting anti-Semitic shit.

How is it credible to claim that Corbyn is implicated as an anti-Semite by that?

Corbyn isn't an Anti Semite

Johnson is.

Ask yourself why the media went after Corbyn for being one and not Johnson?

Kurtz?

Paul Eisen was publishing holocaust denial in 2006.

The inference from Corbyn's comments is that he attended 2 or 3 meetings, no later than 2000.

A lot of these former Living Marxism trotskyites seem to have really interesting political trajectories.

Was Living Marxism the mag that sided with the Bosnian Serbs while they were committing genocide, or have I misremembered that?

They wrote something like the camps story was fake and lost in court, which ended the Living part.

There were a lot of old Marxists who said the genocide was an invention, just look at this Early Day Motion from 2004:

The same Johnson who is one-eighth Jewish?

Was his Novel Twenty-Two Virgins anti-semitic?

EDIT: I don't expect an answer.

.

That is about Kosovo, right? I think that was mostly anti-Nato although there were quite a few Milošević apologists and Pilger is still at it.

I find the group around Living Marxism fascinating, they re-launched it as Spiked, which is or was if I remember correctly funded by Koch Industries, and I think some of them (was that the same group?) ended up on Farage's list for last EP elections. And now this Mirza character is among Johnson's advisers.

Isn't it funny how people of a certain mindset often ignore inconvenient (to them) questions.

Didn't Milošević end up getting found not guilty for the Bosnia stuff at the Hague - Karadzic got all the blame for that -  but then he died before the Kosovo stuff was judged?

Oh quite a few times in my opinion. Or he’s just unlucky.

Well if voting for a racist party is bad, then it’s all the bloody Labour voters I can discount too.  They’ll be no one left soon.

'Quite a few times?' Any examples? Did he call anybody a picaninny, for example?

So a report into corruption in Liverpool Labour, don't mention Tory "what about" it is cheap, not allowed and shows your idiot tribal bias.

Currently talking about racism and the Tory party, yeah but "what about" ...

Really?  The stuff he wrote can't be anti-Semitic because one of his great-grandparents was Jewish?  Is this like the argument that it's not racist when rappers drop the N bomb?

That's a truly shit argument, Stronts, and you know it.

Try addressing the stuff that Johnson wrote and judging whether or not that was anti-Semitic.  For fun, use the same criteria you've been applying to Jeremy Corbyn for nearly 6 years.

Do you accept, by the same logic, that all the  (more than one-eighth) Jewish Corbyn-supporting Socialists who were accused of anti-Semitism should never have faced that accusation?

Wrong war.

War crimes in Kosovo weren't genocide; so, in that respect, the EDM was correct.  The recognised genocide (which, I think, Living Marxism denied) took place a decade earlier in Bosnia.

    • It doesn't matter a shite if Man Utd (where Kane will no doubt end up) pay £100m or £150m for him if he does well, which he would as he's a phenomenal goal scorer.  We saw it with people bleating about what we were paying for VVD and Becker only for them to go very quiet very quickly when they realised how good they were.   Kane at Utd would make them title challengers.  He's that good.  Man Utd are a team who rely on good players as their manager wouldn't know a tactic from a tictac. "Just get the ball to Kane in the box" is an easy one and one that'd work with the quality they have.   Also, Man Utd are the devils club and never seem to get bad injuries*   *If someone posts showing key Man Utd players with bad injuries I will ignore it as it doesn't suit my narrative
    • Looking forward to Gary Neville and Jamie Carragher's joint plea for a Liverpool/United protest against the Glazers running the club into the ground when they buy Harry Kane.    Kane to them, Haaland to City, I reckon.    If we were to go big, I think Sancho would be our limit, but we won't do that without selling either.
    • Would be a significant week in Rodgers' career if his side get the three points tonight. I'm not sure how seriously I'd take domestic trophies in Scotland, but an FA Cup win and a second win over Chelsea would show that he's able to compete against the Oil/Petrol clubs. Would be something of a victory for football in that regard.
    • Thank mate. That's what I thought
    • I agree . Kane still manages to pretty much come top of the scoring stats every season in a worse team and some recurrent injuries, I would be more than happy if we signed him but Utd will get him almost certainly
