I mostly watch movies online: I've found the following to be good:

 

Justin TV - Also had Iphone app to watch movies / football on the go

 

also worth checking out: Tubeplus, Quicksilverscreen,Projectfreetv,Putlockermovies.

 

These channels are decent if you have BBC Iplayer and 4OD you can watch the lot on your computer these days!!!

Just install Vuze, it a nice, simple bt client with a search interface and the ability to play on other devices etc.
