Yoann Gourcuff for Bordeaux against PSG a few years back. He was being hailed as the new Zidane back then, and this is just about the only example of him playing where you look at it and see shades of Zidane. He's injury-prone and inconsistent so has never lived up to his billing. Fantastic goal though.

I remember replaying that one against Leeds over and over again at the time. Two of my favourite players - Berger and Smicer - combine with an unstoppable shot and Barry Davies doing his thing (that all other commentators fail to be able to do - simple). And that's what a celebration should be. Still would.

Hugo almeida against inter. It was an empty stadium as inter fans acted like twats in the previous champs league game and got banned. As there is not many people there, you can hear the thud when he hits the ball and the sound of the net nearly ripping, glorious!
