I don't like two handed weapons.

Most of my points have been put into heavy armour and shield.

I need to start doing some smith work and enchanting as I have not really bothered yet.

Ah... I, essentially, spent every bit of my cash to get smithing to 100 right off the bat so I had full Daedric gear by Lvl25 or so.

With good armor/shield/weapon... It made it easier to climb the levels. My Enchanting came later... I just started buying all the petty/lesser/common soul gems that I could get my meat-hooks on and then finally started to enchant as much of the 'dungeon loot' as I could.

Enchanting really went up quickly.

I've not started with alchemy yet... but Ive been sticking all of my ingredients into a little alchemist satchel that sits on my alchemy table in my Winterrun house. I'll just burn through all of them soon to try and grab a few levels.

Have now completed the Mages and Companions Guild, with the last couple of quests on the Mages taking ages.

Might do a bit more of the main quest then plough through the Thieves Guild and Dark Brotherhood.

Loving it, can't stop playing. Now level 48 and have so many decent weapons and armour which is all enchanted to the max that no one stands a chance when I fight them.

If you haven't found it already, go and find the Steed stone in the north west part of the map. Gives you an extra 100 carry capacity and if you don't have it already, removes the weight restriction of heavy armour.

Anyone else thinks its shite? The fighting is shit and I dont think the graphics are up to much #major disappointment

I did struggle to get into at first. Took me a good few hours of perseverance but once it grabs you, it's fucking immense.

Stick at it.

I'm level 28 And finally managed to get to 100 in smithing via a great hint ( basically continue to make iron daggers) it cost me about 8000 pieces of gold and 2 hours of my life, but was worth it. I went with light armour so i can move around faster.

Apart from archery (60) and two handed weapons (72) the rest of my levels are either in the 20's or 30's with a couple that are about 45.

This game is massive though.

Light armour and two handed weapons?

Strange combo.

It'sweighs less so I can move quicker, dodge better and sneak to enemies better.

I haven't found my style yet though, I still use my bow a lot, and I have finally got my conjuration up to 100.

Conjuration is fan-fucking-tastic though, Most of the time I have a massive army fighting for me, while I attack from a distance using a bow or using the slow time shout and pick off my enemies using my war hammer.

I have the ritual stone equipped so I can make all the corpses around me fight for me, use the valour shout to summon a ghost that fights for me etc

Most of the time I have about 10 people fighting for me lol.

Oh and a tip to get conjuration up in just a few hours (it's boring while doing it, but you will reap the rewards), Go to the college of winterhold and speak to the guy who is the master at using conjuration. You can buy a spell called soul trap.

Buy it then kill a random human, and keep on using the soul trap spell on the corpse. You can use the spell on the human as many times as you want, so the conjuration skill will just keep on levelling up.

I may use that conjuration tip, certainly helps having others to help you in some of the tougher battles.

I am level 37 now and going to start doing the thieves guild. Probably the best game I have ever played this. It's epic.

In regards to enchanting items and armour. What enchants are best for a daedric sword and my daedric armour? I generally have most difficulty against high level mages?

I'm currently get fucked up the shitter by a mage/summoning specialist.

The bitch summons like 2 high level ice Thralls , and then I have her shooting these ice spears at me, so yea I'm getting destroyed.

So decided to try and up my skill in destruction spells, I found out a method were if you buy a horse ( or use shadow mere because he doesn't get hurt when you use a spell on him) and keep on hitting him with destruction spells, your level will keep on increasing.

It's taking forever but I have went up from 20 in destruction to about 65 so It's working!.

That's what I did for destruction and recovery (?) spells, I had one hand burning the horse and the other hand healing him, leave it like that for a few hours (I got bored after keeping it all pressed whilst watching tv and stopped at around 50) but it works
