Not long back from a date day with the wife. She does deserve all this but:
 

1. I drove, she said she wouldn’t have a drink. She did.

 

2. She promised the walk she had planned was no longer than five miles. It was at least eight.

 

3. She said she’d buy lunch. I bought lunch. 
 

4. As soon as we got home, she went in the bath. She’s now in bed. I’m making the kids tea.
 

On the upside, Knaresborough is a very beautiful place.
