I would go:

Magic Johnson

Michael Jordan

Dirk Nowitzki

Tim Duncan

Hakeem Olajuwon

 

I know Dirk is not a small forward, but I like him for the shooting ability in this team and I never really liked Larry Bird, looks too much like an evil old woman. There are probably better players at centre as well, but the Dream Shake was the best move ever. Plus now my team has 3 non-Americans in it.

The World > USA.
