Not sure about the best yet but he said 'The Beatles were the worst musicians in the world'.

He also praised the guitar skills of Paul Allen, 33.3% shareholder of Microsoft. He apparently paid $750,000 for Jimi Hendrix's guitar from Woodstock. Who'd have thought...
