Me and my other half were arguing over this last night because i deliberately didn't sky plus the new series. My argument was that it jumped the shark a while back, probably when Brody texted Nazir to warn him they were coming for him in Beirut, whilst Brody himself was being interrogated INSIDE The Pentagon.  

 

Also i felt the whole original dynamic of the show had gone with the events at the end of Season 3.

New series is an improvement, fresh new start but Carrie is still the most irritating character on TV. They need to kill her off and focus on Saul and Quinn

Quinn is ace. That was the only reason i contemplated watching this series, but then i realised i had about 50 other shows to watch and not enough time.

I think the new season has started well. Very dark and feels more back to the original season. As for Carrie, as in life, she is more pleasant when she's getting a good fucking.

Last few minutes. The idea that a station chief in Pakistan would do that? Just gone too far for me. Ambassador's husband isn't helping matters either.

 

Series should either be comic book or realistic - this one can't decide on either and suffers badly for it
