It is, yes, but I don't usually have dark chocolate to hand. I always put a splash of Worcester sauce and some cumin in mine- tasty, but probably not really a Bolognese any more.

Pinching it off Jamie Oliver? That recipe was probably originally written by Seutonius (without the pressure cooker obviously). It's the classic recipe
