I hope the protests against Yaxley-Lennon keep to the theme of milkshake and ridicule. If things turn violent, it will enhance his image among his supporters and perpetuate the myth that Fascists and anti-Fascists "are as bad as each other".

It's much better to just laugh the wee prick out of town.

Right on cue...

The likes of Tommy Robinson are built up by the media, as was farage, into being a bigger deal than they are in the hopes that it will provide them with further stories down the line.

He's a low level football hooligan at best, the notion that he's a serious threat or serious political force - or ever will be - is ludicrous.

The right has never flourished in this country and it never will. It's time is past, younger people are more liberal and more tolerant than any generation which has gone before, the great shame for them is that their destinies are controlled still by people who aren't, ageing Tory voters and rust belt Americans called Bud and Chip.

Trump, Farage, Johnson et al are the death rattle of a dying ideology, the masks have slipped, the guise has come in various incarnations from Reagan to Blair to Cameron and each incarnation has been laid a bit more bare, been stripped a bit more of its pretentions and disguises to the point where now it's cuntery in the raw with no desire to pretend to be anything else.

The bakcwash they're creating is a sight to behold though. Imagine even five years ago that there would be a load of female, ethnic US Senators that make Bernie Sanders look like Nigel Lawson.

No new milkshake pics for Pornhub? That's a bit disappointing. I was hoping the press would take up the cause and start referring to him as 'Sponky Robinson'.

That would be ace for his Patriot warrior image and spin.

'Sponk Tears of a Clown'............The fuckin cumbucket.

I wouldn't say Trump or Farage are the death rattle of anything. In contrast actually.
