Incidentally: watched Panorama. Horrible shit that needs to be exposed. Difficult to watch, quite honestly.

 

But. And this is a minor issue. But it detracted from the message of the programme...

 

What's with the Philomena Cunk style of presentation? Endless shots of reporter. Including shots of her watching her own footage on a large screen. And looking troubled as she walked along a clifftop.

 

Don't want to sound superficial, but there's a serious form-over-content tendency there. And it's detrimental to the documentary, in my opinion.

On Screenwipe Charlie Brooker did bits talking about how they present things like that on TV. The Cunk stuff is done that way to directly take the piss out the likes of Panorama.

Watched your interview with Breakfast a few minutes ago. I take it this’ll mean it’s harder to get employment in the care sector? It shouldn’t, as any organisation worth their salt should want someone principled on board. In fact, the CQC should ask you onto it’s inspection team as you know what to look for.
