I've done a search but can't find any thread on it, so I'm starting one. Obv.

Watched most of the first series a couple of years back and thought it was hysterical but never followed it up. Decided to buy the box set the other week - as well as In The Loop - and I've had pains in my stomach from laughing at it.

Malcolm Tucker may be the greatest man ever.

It's bit overrated, I reckon. Decent watch, but not the genius work that some portray it as, in my opinion.

Not seen The Thick Of It or In The Loop but I gather both are worth watching. I got a copy of In the Loop from a mate. Should I wait until I've seen the series before I watch the film? Just curious if it stands on it's own or if its better to be more familar with the characters first.
