City with Mourinho would walk the league, and likely go deep in the CL. I hope Real Madrid don't sack him.

I can't see anyone else galvanizing that gang of mercenaries, though.

I really don't think they have the 'type' of squad shit coat would want to be honest mate. I do think he'd get a great season out of Milner though.

To be fair to city, they bought balotelli instead, potentially the best player of all time.

He's not as talented as Maradona or Messi. He won't even be a 'great' unless he has a personality transplant.

This is why Roy should've been replaced at least 6 weeks earlier than he was.

If you'd have offered most of us 5th spot by mid-May last Christmas, I think most people would have taken that.

The league is decided over 38 games, and you get what you get over 38 games. This year the squad wasn't good enough to get Top 4. With better players, hopefully the squad will be next year.

As it is, a win at home on Sunday will put us back into Europe next year and again, most of us would have taken that last Christmas, considering the position we were in then.

Secret agent Crouchie. Mission complete.

I wouldn't be surprised if Crouch left Spurs this summer. He's been total dog-shit in the Premiership. What is it, four goals in 30 appearances?

Mind you, his Premiership scoring record is fucking abysmal in general, and Defoe has had a poor season overall too.

Spurs badly need a new striker, which is probably why they tried to buy Carroll.

They had a decent forward until January, but got rid of him. They wanted to play Defoe and Crouch upfront, and there was no room for anyone else. They've imploded since. Without CL football, or possibly no European football on offer next year, they'll be doing well to attract any decent forwards in the summer. That's their loss.

How many clubs has Crouch had now?

I'm just glad the Spuds never made the CL again. There's just something about them I've never liked. And don't get me started on Harry fucking Redknapp. I couldn't give a toss about Citeh one way or the other to be honest but it will be interesting to see how they get on next season.
