Lack of experience is much less of a problem than lack of empathy and lack of brains

Lad i know used to work for the council and had to go to see Esther McVey when she was Wirral MP. It was to brief her on something she has no idea about, town planning or some shit, said she just talked over him for half an hour then went for her dinner. To think the DWP was once in her hands. Amazing stuff.

I'd rather they had both mate, especially in the role she'll be filling.

Would this in any way alarm the Tory voters at all?

The weapons will be used against brown people.

So probably not.

We've all done it though, only the other day I was packing up some carburetor parts and accidentally sent a thermonuclear device to North Korea without realising it.

I fucking hate Liz Truss, a complete incompetent.

No idea how she keeps getting portfolios, a disaster of a human and absolutely no idea about anything, ever.

Perfect lobby and policy fodder. Stick her in a department, tell her what to do and she'll do it. Badly, obviously, because she's a fucking moron, but I don't think the current crop of Tories give much of a fuck as long as there's money to be made.

I've heard this bullshit before, how the fuck can you have train companies competing for slots on railway lines, it would be fucking chaos, you'd end up with an even shittier service!

BR was fucking crap, because it was cut to the bone by Beeching, then chronically underfunded afterwards, and the unions were as culpable as anybody for some big projects not going ahead, but all of the improvements that privatisation was supposed to bring have unsurprisingly not materialised!

We need BR back, but this time properly funded, and run as a public service rather than a business looking to make a profit!

We need Uber for trains. Stuck in Crewe with no trains for the next 45 minutes? Just call up an Uber and they'll be there in 5. OK, it may be a couple of Polish/ Pakistani (delete as appropriate post-Brexit) immigrants with a handcar, no insurance and a creative attitude towards robbing you, but hey, the app's nice and it's disrupting those socialist jerks right?

Sounds like a plan, can I get some shares?
