Jack Smith had no choice he couldn't prosecute a sitting President. Which is pretty much what Trumps legal team were gunning for. If I was Jack Smith I'd be looking at Devon and Cornwall for accommodation now.

Yeah, saw that. He started winding it down once the election result was announced. Shame really, but the real fault lies with Garland's fucking about.
