At the risk of upsetting Kamala's bees nest its not just Trump and the Republicans asking questions over campaign funds. As well as Shanahan below Dr Jill Stein (who's my choice) has also voiced complaints.

I'm not sure you are ever going to get a positive slant on Democrat stuff from Republicans , independents or Kennedy's running mate, Shanahan. She set her stall out in her first sentence and everything else from there was supposition and bias.

 

As for the election funds, I imagine donors can ask for a refund, but if not, then they are presumably a Democrat election fund for whoever campaign is the nominee.

Get fucked with the 'yes or no' questions, it's a shitty tactic and doesn't allow for any nuance. It was a massive fuck up and she should have resigned over it, but trying to learn anything from the incident is impossible with that sort of confrontational grandstanding.

My understanding is because from the outset it was a Biden/Harris ticket, it's a bit like marriage, what's his is theirs, what's theirs is hers. The issues only start should the Dems choose someone else as their candidate and the transfer of donations is not so easy to transfer.
