Parked next to an AT&T communications hub and broadcasting an evacuation warning from speakers on the vehicle. Specilation they may have been testing damage to communications and response times.

I also saw it suggested there was a passenger. They should check there was no manhole underneath the RV. Dead body in the passenger seat. Escape via the sewers without being seen. Detonate the RV. Classic Mission Impossible style shit...

Metro Nashville Police Chief John Drake named Anthony Quinn Warner, 63, of Antioch, Tennessee, as a key person in the investigation into the explosion of a recreational vehicle in Nashville early Christmas morning.

The FBI is waiting for results of DNA testing to confirm the identity.

 

 

Does seem a little weird that no coppers took a look inside during the 15 minute countdown.
