A large percentage of Americans believe trump has never lied. Never! It's the scary shit of people picking a side and that's it.

Hasn't it been reported sometime last week that he's lied over 8,000 times since he's been in office? 8 fucking thousand!

Trump once called executive action on immigration dangerous, unconstitutional and impeachable

(CNN) — President Donald Trump once said taking executive action on immigration was an unconstitutional action that could lead to impeachment.

Trump's past comments are at odds with his current plans to declare a national emergency and other executive actions to secure funding for a border wall.

Trump made the comments on Fox News' "Fox and Friends" in November 2014 when asked about executive actions by then-President Barack Obama that would halt deportations for the undocumented parents of children born in the United States.

"Now he has to use executive action and this is a very, very dangerous thing that should be overwritten easily by the Supreme Court," Trump said.

"So we're looking now at a situation, it should absolutely not pass muster in terms of constitutionality, but it depends on what these justices do," he added.

The White House did not return a request for comment.

Trump was also asked if the Obama had committed any impeachable offenses. He said Obama could certainly be impeached for his executive action on immigration.

"Well, he certainly did something that was unconstitutional," Trump said. "Now, it depends on Justice (John) Roberts. If he wants to just curry favor in the Beltway like he did with Obamacare, because that's the only reason he did it. Because he knows he was wrong, but it certainly depends on what happens. I mean, I think certainly he could be impeached and certainly they could shut down the government."

The comments from Trump echo a tweet he sent, also from November 2014, in which he wrote, "Repubs must not allow Pres Obama to subvert the Constitution of the US for his own benefit & because he is unable to negotiate w/ Congress

Mueller has recommended that Manafort should serve between 19 and a half to 24 years in prison.

He's also filed court documents which state that he has evidence of Roger Stone has communicated directly with the Russian who hacked the DNC email server.

Trump will either be flipped on big time or will have to get his pardons a flowing.

Either way, the bet appears to be tightening.

This is one of the biggest pieces of garbage I've read in ages. https://www.nytimes.com/2019/02/17/world/europe/trump-international-relations-munich.html?action=click&module=Top Stories&pgtype=Homepage

Our so called leaders should stop obsessing over NATO, military bullshit, European armies and demonizing Russia and China. They should try repairing relations with Russia and China, talking seriously about nuclear disarmament and the environment, abandoning NATO, cutting military budgets, ending austerity, rooting out tax fraud, closing down tax havens, taxing corporations properly and actually helping the people they pretend to lead in the countries they're from.

But that would involve no longer pimping themselves out for the military industrial complex and stopping listening to the hordes of bullshit-filled agencies and think tanks all over the western world peddling propaganda. No longer pimping themselves out for corporations and cutting out their greed. So maybe it's too much to ask. Bunch of horrible fucking vermin.

The writers of the article act like the most important thing on earth for us right now is working out how to deal with Russia and China and bullshit military obsessions. They don't even seem to be living on the same planet as most of the rest of us. The real issue seems to be exactly the type of thing that Sanders has spent years talking about. The rich fleecing the poor and that problem getting worse every day.

Oh, and the environment. I think the US Greens had the best idea last election : slash the US military budget by a massive amount (it could have been by about half. cue salty tears from the war machine + 3.5 billion think tanks and war-obsessed media outlets) and fund a Green New Deal. What good is waffling about Russia and China going to do if the environment gets as bad as scientists are telling us?

"We could have saved the planet and done that Green New Deal thing.....but we needed to strengthen NATO, our military and our allies because of Russia and China." Sounds like awesome logic.

He apparently also blurted out that he didn't need to declare a national emergency and that he just wanted to get his wall built faster.

Well, it looks like any parties who bring a legal challenge against this national emergency declaration won't have much work to do in preparing their case. Trump has already done it all for them.

He declared a national emergency then fucked off golfing for three days.

In times of crisis, great leaders emerge.

Am hoping he has a good chance. He's now a lot more well known, has more experience of how to run a campaign as do the people working for him and the superdelegate rules have changed so that won't be working against him.

Of course the media and ring wingers will be going mad trying to stop him as will people inside the DNC but with enough support fixing things against him will hopefully fail. The media were ignored over brexit and Trump too so they're clearly not as powerful now either.

I can't get carried away by the thought of him winning because I think he could be far from perfect when it comes to areas like foreign policy, but at the same time he should be far better than the current clown in dozens of other areas.

And of course he's Jewish so they can't hit him with the anti-Semitism stuff which is good. So I guess it'll be about tying him to Russian influence and/or him being a communist or something. Either way it'll be a campaign of near total insanity as usual. Would be good to see people over here more encouraged though on the socialism angle if he wins too. If a socialist can get in over there then maybe it can be done anywhere.
