Tensions law so close to being applied ………… name

I dont see any signs of Labour hooking up in a coalition, they still think they have enough to win an election on their own. Or, they are happy to stay in perpetual opposition as it means they still have jobs and can pay the bills.

Starmer won’t win a GE. Absolutely no way. A coalition is the only way to beat this media circus party. Ed Davey pisses on Starmer as a party leader and all.

So Labour gains were er modest almost everywhere the shadow cabinet canvassed and the much heralded London triumph was premature..to quote the late great Roy Orbeson 'it was fun for a while, we could smile for a while'

It's all a bit confusing..havent the Tories lost about 500 seats yet its still being painted as being not too bad?

The fact that after 2 years of utter disasters ,this cunt can still poll 30%of the electorate  shows just what Labour are up against

It is confusing, the Tories main losses were in Wales and Scotland, in England the Greens, Lib Dems and Independents took more seats than Labour.

Edit: seems the 200,000 took Rachael Reeves advice and deserted Labour for others

The whole map should be green. At no point in history has a vote for the greens been such a no brainer.

I think the pollster guy, Curtice, said that the Labour vote was 0.5% up in London from the 2018 results but down 3% in Northern England.

Labour did well in the locals of 2018, so that accounts for that if you look at the historical considerations, but then went on to be decimated in the same places a year or so later.

Aye, if only we had got rid of the worst leader in history and the Tories had given us lots of opportunities to make strides in the 4 years since.
