Mario Gomez. His stats show that he has found the net on a pretty consistent basis throughout his career, but every time I've seen him play he has looked like a carthorse. More so than the likes of Ibrahimovic and Cavani in the CL knockout stage.

Also mentioned similar about Falcao on here a few years back and got terrorised for it. 

 

Vietto is another, I just don't see it. He looks like he should be selling beak to kids.

Couldn't disagree more. Never mind Sevilla and Barca where he was incredible, the year he was at Juve, he was 33 and put in some of the most impressive performances I've seen from a full back during that Champions League campaign. He could be a big game's best player from right back. Never seen that from anybody else.

I think as a player Alves suffers in comparison to Cafu - but Like Zlatan he always was on the right teams to collect silver. And probably not overrated.

Alves was brilliant

Needs to be remembered he pretty much held the whole right hand side on his own. Gave Messi the lisence to not drop back, was up and down the wing all night. Great pace, perfect player for Barcelona in that era
