From a Daily Star online report of yesterdays evacuation test. Think there might be a new boycott incoming.

"The evacuation seemed to go smoothly, with the ground seemingly emptying out in an orderly fashion and in a quick manner – much like a half time of most of Everton's games this season, then."

Didn't they owe the Council £750k for them doing a feasibility study for the stadium yet they refused to pay it back but then ended up settling for about £340k?.

That, the missing £45m and refusing to pay towards transport infrastructure when they started building it might be why the council have just put in a couple of barriers at Sandhills and let them get on with it.

Can't help themselves can they.....

I always find it funny that they list being founder members of the Premier League as one of their massive achievements. Yes, they were in the top flight the season the name changed. Let's get a trophy made for that.

It's also quite funny that their chairman pushed for a combined Scottish and English league before the idea evolved into the Premier League. He was quoted saying "we cannot exist for the benefit of others" when they were the Big 5 and wanted most of the leagues money.

They then started crying about the European Super League fucking over everyone else bar the Sly 6. When it was just the fact that they were annoyed that they weren't included in it so became outraged. The club even issued a pathetic statement about it to whip up the bitterness from their fans even more.

The Star have got red in their masthead. They probably already boycott it.

Where the Council and Merseytravel really fucked up on the transport links was granting planning permission on a half-arsed scheme.

They did about 5 public surveys and endless fact finding projects before they started building it which is why everyone laughed about it ever getting built.

Either this extensive research didn't identify it or it was completely ignored.

Have none of these cunts ever used merseyrail before?. I used the Southport line for years and every train from 7 to 9 and 4 til 6pm of a weekday is always rammed like this. Weekends is always busy in each direction especially when the weather gets better Also when Aintree is on, River of light festival and the Giants it was fucking mayhem.

I get the train from Orrell Park to Kirkdale on matchdays and it's always rammed.  I've never thought that Council Tax payers in Southport and St Helens should spend tens of millions on a new station just for my convenience.

They do realise that’s Man City blue, not Everton blue?Maybe that’s the point, a tribute to their new favourite Manchester team.

Is there one thing about Liverpool you like? ‘The road out’ which would be the road out of the city your team plays in you thick cunt.

It's amazing the way loads of them suddenly need trains to take them all over the region when they all live in Walton. They should just build a tunnel from the brick to the Dock Road.
