What’s this about one side of their ground having the steepest gradient in the division? The Blue Wall. Is this for real or just some shite that’s been made up on the internet to make them feel better?

That design has already been shelved. One end looks like the Aviva and the other end looks like Ibrox with 2 sections. Doesn't stop them though. Don't rely on any facts or the architect telling them a couple of years that the design had been changed.

Does any new stadium really attract new people though? Surely people go for the sport. I can see if it's a good stadium, good facilities and good location, it might help them win more non-supporting stuff. As iconic as we like to think anfield is, I'm not sure music promoter's will care much about the name and will focus on how much they can make. But aside from that, I think their fans will turn up as they do now.

I did the stadium tour at Benficas stadium of Light. It was good but I would have loved to have done a tour of their old ground which was absolutely massive and had loads of history.

I saw someone once doing a tour of west has new ground. I thought "what the fuck is there to see?". Its just a new stadium and west ham are shite.

Suppose it was the Olympic stadium.

In the past decade, I've gone through heroin withdrawals, tried to amputate my foot myself before the NHS stepped in and did it for me, and I've watched this match. I couldn't tell you which was more painful.

Who do they think they are?

He MUST be sacked. Or what, lad?

Without him they’d have been away to Plymouth today.

30 years without a sniff of a trophy and they still they they are Real Madrid or Barcelona.
