So,  Exactly how much in the shit are they then?

They are moving next to Sandon Dock

Liverpool’s Sandon Dock Wastewater Treatment Works, north of the city centre, was commissioned in 1991, and is the second largest in United Utilities’ (UU) portfolio. Dealing with 950 megalitres of effluent every day from a catchment of approximately 1 million people.

And Wellington Dock

The new £200 million extension to our Liverpool Wastewater Treatment Works, which will keep the Mersey clean for generations to come, is now just over half-way through its construction.

When complete, the new plant at Wellington Dock will serve around 600,000 Liverpudlians, taking away their sewage and treating it to the highest standards.

Most football stadium looks similar inside.

Insofar as they all have seats in them, they look the same, but there's a lot of variation. Nobody is mistaking Anfield or Westfalenstadion with the interior of Everton's ground. The cut-away on the away end is particularly grim.

The only thing that the stadium has going for it over other new ones is being next to the river.

It won't be any more transformative for them than the new grounds were for Sunderland, Derby, Middlesbrough or Coventry. Sides who were all around Everton's current level when their grounds were being built.

It'll be a half empty lower league ground like all of theirs in a few years.

In fairness to those clubs they built it at a fraction of the cost too.

Derby built Pride Park for about £30 million.

Is that gonna be the away end? Yeah that weird bit makes no sense at all.

It does look good going over Boundary Street towards the Titanic and it looks good from the water.

Just an assumption from me, not sure on that.

That wooden cladding on the outside (an homage to their old ground?) looks like that shit panels you can get from B&Q.

I wouldn’t be surprised if they kept the away fans out of view of the cameras like at Goodison. New stadiums seem to do that. Apparently Celtic were asked why they’ve done it when the new Celtic Park was built and they just said it’s nothing to do with not wanting away fans visible it’s just that nobody wants to look at them ugly bastards on the telly twice a season.

It's hard to tell I think. Everton have insisted all summer there were no cashflow problems until the end of the year as long as they executed their plan - which including selling players, which they didn't manage. Textor's entire business plan seemed based on get in before the money runs out and then the stadium will be finished and refinances all the debt secured against the stadium. And obviously that plan is fucked because the money has run out. I can't imagine who in the right mind is loaning them. Unless as I mentioned before Andy Bell is putting his money back in, which he's only just got back out. The Esk is deffo in contact with Bell.

Loads of them saying to other fans "we don't do relegation" when they take the piss saying it will be the best stadium in the Championship.

They also seem to think sacking dyche will help despite him probably being the most suited manager for avoiding relegation than a random manager from a mid tier Spanish or Portuguese club.

Hopefully relegation will finally finish them.as a club and they just drift around in the lower leagues like Sunderland and Derby. Calvert-Lewin is leaving on a free in the summer and Braithwaite has been injured. Hopefully other clubs see through the crap about Pickford being England's no 1. He was genuinely hilarious against Bournemouth. Don't worry though lads, you stopped us winning the league at Goodison Park. Genuinely the most exciting thing that's ever happened in the last 30 years.

Do you mind!

That's the work of the one and only Dan Meis, the greatest architect since Palladio.

He's got a tattoo, you know.
