It's not fair, why are they investigating us and not The RS

Why don't Panorama investigate why Liverpool didn't go into administration, with a Bank actually stepping in whilst Portsmouth went to the wall?

I think we all know the answer to that one

What fucking relevance has Portsmouth's situation got to do with us???!!!!!

Bitter mate giving it tge big'un about Usmanovs involvement till I pointed out that if its true they have breached PL rules and could get transfer ban, a fine, deducted points, or all of the above. He's gone quiet now.

The FA should relegate them automatically.

We can't take any chances.

Bet the Bitters are made up West Ham are losing...........,..

They've not been this confused since they played the mancs.

Moyes has thrown his hat in the ring for the vacant Everton job, well after stealing a living for being hailed a hero for winning nothing for all those years, why wouldn't he.

I think it will rebound in the FA not Everton if the rules have been breached, The club presumably did what it could to ensure the deal was kosher then the FA investigated and waved it through, Clubs can't be expected to have the resources to forensically investigate investors and they would rely on declarations given to them. It's the FA that has failed here if Usmanov has committed fraud and breached the rules, Be interesting to see how it gets unravelled if the deal is found to be dodgy .

Surely the people with the issues here (usmanov and moshiri) are the club, because they own it. Clubs get punished all the time for the actions of their owners.

If the FA investigated and gave their assent then I think its different from being found out cheating after the event,  I don't see how the clubs can be responsible for the failure of the governing body to spot a fraudster.

Still, the club can't be seen to benefit from joggerypokery, can they? There has to be some sort of sanction if they're found guilty.
