Work Bloo is happy for pay Rooney £250k a week because they'll recoup his full contracts worth of wages in shirt sales.

Pointed out that it doesn't matter who we or United sign because we've got millions of fans happy to buy shirts with whoever on in the Far East and unless Rooney personally has fans who will switch alliances to Everton then it wont matter.  He said I was grasping at straws.

OK Lad

If they can afford to pay his 250k a week wages why don't they go out and get someone younger and better?

They have someone younger and better, they're selling him and getting Rooney. Then they're going to plant a load of beans they are getting with him and it will grow into a nice new stadium.

Fee fine, foe scum.

Hair fine, ex scum.

This blue might just agree with that

go out their and target a 'statement' signing for the club to propel us into the spotlight, go throw that at Madrid, offer them their asking price for James Rodriguez and see what they actually say when we slap the money on the table, and see what his agent says when we offer to double his current 110k pw wages.

Honestly it sounds mental even typing this out, but money talks in football, and if we are serious in making a statement then we couldn't make a bigger on than this

On the 60m loan thing they have just got.

"Sasha Ryazantsev, director at Everton, added: “We are pleased to have entered into a partnership with ICBC, which will increase our financial flexibility, reduce refinancing risk and lower funding costs, while adding to the list of Everton’s ‘firsts’.”

Broke the news to Work Bloo he wasn't happy.  Thought they'd get at least £100m but the 25m is probably for Rooney's subsidised wages.

Lukaku will be on the bench for United as he offers nothing but goals (agree)

They'll probably go out and spend £40m each on 2 strikers now.

Additional: the 60m Chinese loan is a great thing as it means they have presence in China.  Not sure I understand this one myself
