Fucking idiots.

Think i have told this story on here before but anyway...I live down in London these days and a couple of seasons ago was at Euston on way to the game and there was a lad walking in front of me down to the platform wearing a Liverpool replica shirt with a rucksack on his back and in the front pocket of it was a rolled up copy of The Scum newspaper...logo clearly on display.

I tapped him on shoulder and asked him what he thought he was doing boarding a train to Liverpool wearing a Liverpool shirt obviously going to game carrying that rag...

He just looked at me blankly - I then told him he would be well advised to get rid of it before arriving in Liverpool before deciding fuck it and grabbing it out of the bag and throwing the shite on the floor.

It is just staggering that people can be so stupid.

At the end of the day, you have to wonder what rock people are living under not to know about the ban. This is why the "eclipse" campaign is so useful. If you are a fan who gets to one game, it is difficult to miss, so hopefully you get educated. Any Liverpool fan who gets told the history and still buys that rag, is nothing more than a horrible, selfish, cunt. And thick as shit.

A few weeks back some fella was in my local shop with a Liverpool cap and a few enamel badges in it. He asked for 2 copies of the Sun. The guy who runs the shop won't put it out on the counter so makes people specifically asked for it like some porno mag that is too offensive to be displayed.

I asked him why he was buying the sun being a liverpool fan but he ignored me and stormed off to his car outside. The most ironic thing about it was that he had a Justice for the 96 scarf draped across the back window of the car.

I can honestly say I've never bought it nor my parents have. Even when I've been on holiday in Egypt and the only English papers available were that or the Daily Mail I've still.said no to buying it. It's also a shit paper stuck in the 1980s and ponders to little Englanders who hate anything foreign.

There is no reason at all for any LFC fan to claim unawareness of buying this. You don't have to look far on the likes of twitter to see fans of all ages of other clubs knowing full well what our reasons are for, even if they're trying to get attention by trying to get a rise out of us. Christ, there were even loads of rabid mancs giving us support last week after this soft cunts recent comments. The LFC fans who buy this are the typical gobshites who gravitate towards you when they hear a scouse accent and embarrassingly profess there love for us in front of other strangers only to see them the next morning at breakfast reading the fucking thing. Then act all upset when they give it the "morning scouse" shite and you tell them to go and fuck themselves. Nothing but phoney fans who latch onto us as the 3 other Mingy mates they've got have already claimed Utd, Chelsea and arsenal for themselves leaving us as the alternative.

And to make it worse, these are the type of cunts who always end up getting tickets for our finals too

If you're a Liverpool fan, before handing over your money, you have to think "This newspaper hates me."

English bloke here bought one of the local pubs and started putting it on the bar as reading matter. Every time I walked in I picked it straight up and threw it in the bin. He would generally pick it out and then it would go in with about half a pint poured over it. This went on for about 2 weeks until he started buying a different paper instead. Fucking dickhead. He put a Help For Heroes jar on the bar as well. He lasted about six months then went bust.

Believe me there are plenty of delusional fans of both clubs, and sadly the likes of facebook and twitter give them oxygen.

I can shed some light on this.  It's because he's as thick as pig shit

Now this is actually a nice story.....someone who has fought a horrible illness and had his dream come true.

OK if wanted to be as petty as your average Evertonian it could be pointed out 'thought all your fans were locals etc' but hey....

What is just unreal though is the fella who helped all of it happen for this lad has to go and reference us with an amended version of one of their stupid sayings born of their inferiority complex....

https://www.toffeeweb.com/season/16-17/comment/editorial/34817.html

Go to the comments and they are full of shite like 'we just do it right, don't we'....ah right so tourism is ok at goodison and you do it right but tourism at anfield is something to mock eh?.....Look at comment number 22 by Rob Halligan this bit:

"Welcome to the family, Mike, and I'm sure Brian Labone wouldn't mind my slightly altering his famous quote: "one Mike Gaynes is worth a thousand Liverpudlians".

Even a heart warming story about a man who has fought cancer coming thousands of miles to see the team he loves for the first time has to be tainted by Evertonian inferiority and bitterness by the very fella who helped the man realise his dream.

What about if 1,000 LFC fans have had a similar experience at their club, Rob eh?

Seeing Brian labones name there brought back many fond memories of times I used to spend in his company in the eighties with one of my old shipping company bosses, mike price, also now sadly deceased.brian worked for an insurance company in town, office in the morning and then afternoon meeting customers, networking, basically on the piss meeting people around the dale st/old hall at area.an absolute legend of a man,had time for everyone, red or blue, loved his club but would always be happy to speak to fans of either club when he was out,and would always give an honest answer about any football question.

A lot of the older pubs in the area have a photo up of Brian in memory of him and the time and money he spent in there!

Glad Everton have finally banned the rag from goodison, not before time ,but as previously stated ,I'm amazed we didn't do it years sooner, see celtic fan base are pushing for a ban also, come on rangers, don't be found wanting.total eclipse of the s*n north of the border too.

It's mad the way players that good still had to earn a living after they finished playing.

Think of the money, say, Alan Kennedy made from his entire career, compared to the amount Alberto Moreno has been paid this month.

Doesn't even have his own highlights reel on Youtube.  I want to see a neat turn and pass, then a super slow-mo close up of him pulling up his socks to Cafe Del Mar by Energy 52.
