  I think we should break the bank and get Moyes back, give him a load of transfer money and a cast-iron guarantee that FM and BK will not f### with him - zero interference. He can organise a defence, which is the minimum requirement for us at the moment, and get the team firing. Just get to season’s end and then rebuild toward the new stadium. He likely won’t come. Depressingly, it would probably require “Mr Everton’s” intervention to achieve it.

I like the way Everton have to be mindful of breaching FFP rules and had restrictions on how they could use their money but bought two full backs for £25m and got another player on loan who didn't even make the squad on Saturday.

 

Two of them haven't even played a game for them yet and the other one has been booked and looked awful in each game he's played in.

Just read that Dave Prentice is leaving the Echo and joining Everton as Communications Manager. I suspect most of this will involve blaming the Red Shite and the powers that be for any and all problems at the club.
