Rooney wont cut it imo.  Battling at the bottom of Championship is a mile away from running a successful PL outfit.  

On that basis he is nailed on to get the job.

I proper feel for Rafa in some ways. He never stood a chance with that set of cunt supporters. But he knew full well what he was getting in to and he'll skim a few £m off them so fuck it.  Hope they go down.

I think you're probably right. Rooney \ Derby struggled until they got hit with the 20 point deduction or whatever it was, virtually making certain they'll go down. That in turn seems to have lifted a weight off the Derby players shoulders and they've had some good results recently.

 

I think Rooney would probably sink at everton unless these players really have downed tools on Rafa just to get rid of him.

To be honest, it wouldnt surprise me in the least if they announce Usmanov is paying an increased sponsorship of finch farm or a £30m sponsorship of the road into the dock stadium at the end of the season. That or some other creative accounting for him to inject some more money into to the club.
