Before today I didn't think they were in danger of going down but after watching that wretched performance I'm not so sure , whatever happens from now they are certainly in the relegation mix make no bones about it .

Hmmmm, the choice of shite or newcastle to go down. What a thought!

On the phone in some Everton fan from Crewe (very local) doesn’t want a Hollywood manager. Just wants Big Dunc and Rooney to form a dream team.

They've always had a go at us for living in the past but they must be the worst fans in the league for it. They regularly go on about a player that left the club 85 years ago and reminisce about the greatest ever team in the history of the world that had 3 good seasons in the 80s. Any player that shows the remotest interest in their parochial bitterness is deemed a legend.

If its not that it's about leaving Anfield or being in existence before Liverpool.

From the BBC

FT: Norwich 2-1 Everton
Been a while since I've heard Loco in Acapulco by the Four Tops. The Norwich fans aren't going loco, but they do seem pretty happy as they file out. The Everton fans are fuming in East Anglia, though. That 'sack Rafael' banner is still flapping about and they're chanting bile at everyone and everything.
