Colombian media are reporting James has a peado for a team mate. Probably not the look they were looking for.

That'll bring that South American money in.

Some gold over on the GOT VVD thread. But this has got my head falling off. They've only gone and got the best GK in the League, one the best CBs in the League and an absolute beast in Sandro. Bricking it now.

Everton will play more champions league football over the next ten years than liverpool.

The way liverpool fans are celebrating their 4th place trophy you'd think they'd done it comfortably and been there constantly. They scraped through due to a particularly poor arsenal side when the had no European football and got knocked out of both domestic trophies early.

We've replaced possibly the worst goalie in the league with possibly the best.

Well have schneiderlin for the entire season. Gueye won't be off to Africa for six weeks. Jagielka has been replaced by one of the best centre backs in the league. We've signed an absolute beast in sandro. Look man has progressed. Rooney is still a magnificent footballer and will prove his worth. Tom Davies ready from the start of te season. Besic back from injur. Holgate, dowell, kenny, dcl, donkor are all highly promising youngsters.

And we're still not finished.

Liverpool have bought a Chelsea reject who had similar serie a stats to deulofeu and a full back from hull.

You'd have to be a bit demented to say the gap won't close next year.

Apparently, Everton will play more Champions League football than Liverpool in the 10 years from 17/18 to 26/27, because they signed Michael Keane and Sandro, when all we signed was Robbo and Mo.

To be fair mate, they are firmly on track for it still. We have only qualified for the immediate 5 out of 10 seasons since his prediction. It’s primed for us to not qualify again for the next 5 years and them to qualify every year, gazumping our number of games in that time by reaching all 5 finals on the bounce. The spirit of 85 will help them achieve this scenario. Our heads will fall off.

Silly fucking cunts. They have the brains of 8 year olds

Remind me who the Chelsea reject was. And why the fuck where we ever sniffing around a fucking fullback from Hull? No good was bound to come of it.

I think, between the time of that post and the end of this season, we will have played at least 50 Champions League games and they will have played *checks calculator* none.

You never know. If we fail to qualify for the next four seasons, while they go deep into the knock-out rounds every year, it could still be on.

We played 50% more CL games in 2017/18 alone than they've played in their entire history. Big club, though.

He's counting all the CL games they were going to play in but Heysel happened so they couldn't physically play in those games 32 years later.

Morally though they have played in more CL games than us as they have more class and dignity.

Shite Said Fred having an anti-LFC love in on GOT

I do wonder this season what happens if Klopp starts slowly with very favourable fixtures. While they are very much akin to schrodingers fanbase, going from extreme to the next (being almost suicidal over FSG to simultaneously thinking they will win the league) they've never really had a bad start.
I'm looking at the transfer strategy so far (recycled limited cash coming in to buttress certain positions - Konate at CB) and I'd be worried if I'm a Kopite.

They look intent on introducing a PL unproven Elliott, and investing more faith in players like Neco Williams, Tsimakis and Minamino; and retaining players like Keita and Milner. And VVD hasn't been tested again yet and looks like struggling to be fit.

If they sell Salah late in the window they'll be sunk. As it stands I really cant make a case for them getting top 4.

Reassuring to see we're at the "written off by evertonians" stage of the summer, means the season is almost upon us.

That £1.7m they’ve spent on Demarai Gray is really showing us up as skint bastards without a pot to piss in.

How many times do we need to finish above them, how many trophies do we need to win before he thinks we wont get relegated? I dread to think what's going on in his head, five minutes would seem like an eternity.
