£95 for a brick

Yep ok give him that but there's bound to be examples of this with other clubs. I'm sure the Everton board won't try to sell bits of their ground when they move to the Unicorn arena.

The club Was formed by a Tory and yet the fans think they are the biggest socialist voice on theplanet.

Which happened 127 years ago. It's as if the 1980s never happened

The Liverpool ‘urchins’

He has obviously never read that book "Scally"

Never condoning gerrard for his off the field antics.

Getting know a fight over Phil Collins is far worse than going to prison, battering a pensioner on crutches and getting pissed during an injury and picking up millions in wages.

The RIP Diana flag on the kop

Never heard of this. Doesn't this contradict his previous point where he said we were all blag socialists?

Starting jarg rivalries with any team that gets any slight success

Like Chelsea and Man City who seem obsessed with Liverpool?.

The aftermath of the Sergio Ramos final

I like the way he calls it this as it sounds like it was such a massive event for them. They don't cry about games or refereeing decisons from 40 odd years ago do they.

Charging more to rent anfield than Wembley which is stopping a boyhood red fighting at anfield.

He must wait around to new offended by everything liverpool do because I only heard this yesterday and it was Skyscraper city and no other liverpool fans I know have heard of it.

Taking to Twitter to threaten a manager because he had some red Christmas tree decorations.

Fighting with United supporters at service stations. Badly.

Fighting with Lyon supporters.

Punching opposition players while holding small children.

Sending death threats to Barmby.

Throwing bananas - real and inflatable - at John Barnes.

Throwing bottles at French police before a match against Lille, smashing up a square, and having to be tear gassed.

Setting an opposition team coach on fire.

Anyone remember this? Me neither. I remember Amokachi getting it. Big time. When he signed for them though.

Racially abusing John Barnes when he signed for them, and he openly use to talk about this but i think the club have told him striaght to STFU.

He made his debut at Arsenal to a tirade of abuse and had bananas thrown at him from the Liverpool fans, now i know other fans, yes including Everton threw bananas but you ask a kopite about this and it never happened and were just bitter. When he left the club Liverpool handed to him letters they had recieved from disgruntled racist Kopites

Everton standard of proof:

Some fella in the pub overheard someone say something once or a taxi driver told me.

Love the way loads knew Portuguese and condemned Firmino before an FA investigation found him not guilty. Yet none admitted they were wrong.

This thing about Barnes being abused by his own fans is bollocks he would have said something by now given the amount of times he has spoken about racism. He wouldn't care if the club told him to shut up as he's not employed by them. Also I think other players would have mentioned it who he played with in that team.

Hello

Hello

Everton are white

Everton are white

Deep into the 1990s that was. Among all their boasting about "firsts" they're a bit coy on being the last top flight club with an all-white squad.

I've heard Bloos arguing vehemently that Everton is a Catholic club (trying to get some shitty sectarian rivalry going) despite them being formed by Methodists (who were also happy to split with the brewer Houlding, as they were into Temperance).

I sat in with the blues in the Derby when Phil Neville got sent off, think it was 3-0 or 3-1 to us, around Boxing Day it was,The treatment Cisse got in that game, he scored too, was absolutely fucking shocking. Certainly the worst I’ve ever heard since the 80s.

I hadn’t missed a Derby for years, mostly in with the Blueshite. That was the game I decided to end it unless I got in our end.  Wasn’t just the racism. Just plain nasty. Pockets of reds celebrating when we scored, was going off massively.

I’m old enough to remember when it wasn’t this bad.

Yes, you remember conversations with Blues in the pub etc.  I reckon it wasn't that bad because it was direct conversations.  It's the age of the internet / social media.  It is something that is also fuelled by phone ins, click bait articles on newspaper sites, (even the BBC website today!) and is swallowed by fans sitting at home, grouping with people with similar interests and further fuelling it in enclosed discourse.

It is manifested in bitter, over the top bile that would never be said in a direct face to face conversation with another human being.

That's what I always bear in mind when I read posts on here quoting other teams' websites.

Evertonians I know range from sound to a bit cranky when they've had a few.  None would spit bile about Heysel etc.

I bet some of these quoted bluenose posters are the same.

That said, I have witnessed the utterly appalling face pushes at Goodison, and heard some disgusting shouts, but they are the absolute minority.
