Evertonians arguing that this Liverpool team isn't great because they never won the league.

4 times we beat the greatest team ever of all time the team that would have won the European cup including twice in their own backyard. What a side we truly are.

"The team that would have won the European Cup" because, obviously, they were the greatest team in Europe (despite being, demonstrably, the second-best team in their postcode area).

They won their two leagues in the 80s because we had a couple of off seasons and were going through a bit of an overhaul. One of those seasons we were about 19 points behind and about 7th or 8th yet still finished runbers up. If we'd have started better we'd have pissed it again.

They will never admit (even if they realise) that their 85 team was anything other than “the greatest team never to win the European Cup”.

The subterfuge and myth has gone on far too long now, and their entire narrative is built on that one tenet.

It has supported their myriad beliefs about their right to be in the elite and the efforts to keep them out of that elite by the Powers, to the point it is now enshrined in their history and heads as the reason they are where they are.

And of course it was all our fault.

Looking at costs of following the Reds on Paris thread, spare a thought for the number of parties the shite attend. Seem to have a lot of them for things associated with us.

That Alan Myers sharing a story about some touts house getting raided and a load of fake cup final and Paris tickets seized. Plenty of blues finding it hilarious while people have been ripped off hundreds sometimes thousands.

So, sometime in September-ish they'll complete a thousand days? That deserves a celebration.

September? It's only two fucking weeks away.

And it's not 'a thousand' it's ten thousand! Celebration indeed. It deserves a song.

And I would wait ten thousand days,

And I would wait ten thousand more...

Why is Kevin Cambell the worlds biggest Evertonian all of a sudden? He only played for them for a couple of seasons and some of that was on loan. He spent the majority of his career at Arsenal.

By Evertonian logic he can't be one as he was born an Araenal fan and isn't local.

Don Hutchinson is also the same on Twitter despite playing for Iverpool longer.

They both know they wont get any work at Arsenal/Liverpool because they were shite in comparison to the many top players both sides had. However Everton still worship Tony fucking Hibbert so it keeps a few quid coming in claiming to be a super blue.
