They dont want FSG out after they tried to destroy English football...they just want to be part of the crew that tried to do that.

FFS, these people are ridiculous and beyond contempt.

IT MEANS LESS

I think is going to get quite messy for them actually. I notice they seem to have pulled away from that Konate deal, which can only suggest to me they didn't want to/didn't have the funds available to sign him. That was before the £300m windfall they knew that was coming down the line.

At a cultural level they are now very split. I don't think they really know what to do with FSG. You kind of have the scab end of their fanbase, that essentially fine comfortabe with what they did but too scared to voice it (as the politburu have decided it is now a bad thing) you've then got those who are fewming about it all but don't want to launch into a full insurrection against FSG. Finally you've got those who are really angry and want them gone- and tats very mucthe way SOS and Spion Kop are going.

As fanbases go they seem to struggle when they don't all have the same thing to parrot. For a fanbase that is so diverse I'm always surprised they depend upon such singularity on outlook. I think this disunity will hurt them, and it's only likely to get worse in the summer as they have little to spend and the likes of City and Chelsea pull further way.

The curveball in this is if Klopp goes. Then you're at H & G territory.

They’re weird bastards. Just had this text exchange with my mate. Bear in mind I haven’t said a word on what’s gone on this week or said our owners are boss or anything. He sent this in regards to that statement put out by the lads behind the banners on the Kop. I didn’t respond to his final nonsense, because I’m dumbfounded by it.

Just now, Vincent Vega said:

He’s sound mate, but he’s just bitter as they come when it comes to football.

I've no doubt he's sound when not talking about football. Loads of them are. As soon as it comes to us though they turn into fucking gobshites.

They are in this weird phantom zone where nothing of any significance happens to them and no one cares what they do. No one criticises them because they are that insignificant. They just sit there and look at what we do all the time moralising about what they would have done in that situation.

I'd like to see how their fans will react if something comes out about Moshiri or Usmanov or their dodgy finances. Or the stadium that they've been banging on about gets cancelled. No doubt they will just deflect it onto us saying they've never killed anyone.

If anything comes out about Usamov and Moshiri and dodgy finances it will be down the authorities wanting to keep them down.

As we all know in 1968 John Smith claimed expenses for a Wimpy meal when he brought in a packed lunch - and the authorities just turned a blind eye. Cos they were desperate for us to be successful to keep the Asian market.

I guess when and if their stadium falls through it’s pretty obvious who’s getting the blame....

“Mobilise the city”...

This is literally all they have they don’t talk about glory days, great football memories or trophies won its all about some shitty one-upmanship, yeah I wish our owners hadn’t done it or tried to furlough staff but what’s that got to do with fans ?
While we revel in nights like Barcelona on YouTube they must watch reruns of Sky over the greedy six ...

Auld fucker......

I came across that on YouTube recently.  Fuck me did that bring back some memories.

The sidekick from that used to do the Terry's chocolates advert. Tony will be able to offer his views on the merits of that vs Milk Tray.

Sorry, back on topic. Everton are tragic.

I don’t understand. Those fine captains of socialism are promoting all this good work apparently spending £52m on their grand project yet were after scaving off the government for a new stadium and let Fat Joe foot the bill on the consultation fee’s. It’s almost as if there might be an opportunity for tax avoidance and money laundering in not for profit businesses.
