Just noticed that we play on Saturday against Brighton on 30 November at home at 3.00 and they play Leicester away on the Sunday at 4.30.

The derby is on Wednesday 4 at 8.15 pm. I'm surprised no Evertonians have started moaning about this as Liverpool have an extra days rest than them and a game against a team lower than the one they are playing.

Don't worry, that's coming. They just haven't worked it out yet.

Any reaction to the proposed Anfield Road expansion, be a good bet to have with the blues for who actually starts work first, I mean they are what how many years down the line? Spade in the ground any day now.

“now let's say we get a few of the players we have been linked with in - the likes of Strootman (20m), Witsel (25m) and we go for Butland (30m) and VVD (30m), we buy Milik or Janssen for 15m

thats 120m spent, and probably looking at around 500k in wages (again a generous estimate)

leaves the club with 90m and 500k in wages still burning a hole in our lovely Iranians pocket, but no statement signing, just some very good ones that will make the team very competitive, say we then blow a 30m bid on Perisic (current flavour of the month after his Euro exploits and also a position we depserately need sorting) and we give him parity with rom on wages - so another 140k and 30m gone

we are then left with a 60m and 360 pw situation, to go out their and target a 'statement' signing for the club to propel us into the spotlight, go throw that at Madrid, offer them their asking price for James Rodriguez and see what they actually say when we slap the money on the table, and see what his agent says when we offer to double his current 110k pw wages.

Honestly it sounds mental even typing this out, but money talks in football, and if we are serious in making a statement then we couldn't make a bigger on than this"

Now we know why that clock was a fucking Cuckoo Clock!

4 years in April.

I'm sure that the Echo will release a counter article in the next few days saying that they will submit a planning application in the next few weeks.

However, even if it is granted they still have to pay for it and will probably drag that out for as long as they can.

They are spending a lot of money to back out whilst praying for a saviour.

Aren't Leeds United the latest team being linked to a Middle eastern charm offensive? Nobody gives a fuck about Everton.

I saw the stadoum expansion article on the Echo Facebook page. Didnt read the article and went straight to the comments.

The second or third one in posted that David Conn article from about 5 years ago about Liverpool running down the area. I think every Evertonian who goes on social media has that link saved as one of their favourites on their browsing history.

Anyway as soon as a few reds told most of the Evertonians to fuck off and started laughing at their imaginary stadium they accuse us of being obsessed with them. Weird cunts.

Yeah, thought they could benefit aka City/West Ham. They'll be begging for a ground share before long if their financial woes are going to be as bad as expected with no upturn on the horizon.
