It's already been mentioned that Silva's teams concede an awful lot of goals from set pieces. His Hull and Watford teams were near the top of the list when it came to this, and I think Everton are currently right up there too. There also seems to be a pattern with Silva's results in England. For the first dozen games or so, his teams' win/loss ratios are stacked closer to the win column. Thereafter, he precides over another dozen or so games where they lose way more than they win, often managing to lose 4 or 5 games on the spin with quite a few absolute drubbings, so his overall record shows that he loses more games than he wins.

Even if they did sack him who could they actually get?. 

 

They've already gone down the fat sam route and they thought they were too good for him. No top manager would go there and they be just taking a punt on a similar manager to Silva. Either that or just give it to another ex blue who might fire them up for a few games then the adrenaline will run out. So basically no long term plan and pissing away money on paying ex managers and backroom staff.

Silva is obviously out of his depth , poor formations , substitutions and ridiculous obsession with zonal marking. He needs to be sacked but not now , hopefully we can get enough points between now and the end of the season , but god knows where from.
Let's remember , how back in November, we were delighted with the quality of the squad and the summer buys.
The buck stops with the manager for getting nothing out of them !. 
The only manager we could get in now would be the "sticking plaster" type , and not the long term solution.

Suppose that's Origi Karma, he was looking really good until that Everton Neanderthal decided to try and end his career. And it looks like he ended their season early as well.
