By April 4th to keep your seat, and if you have a card that was an everton Master-card then you still get the interest free thing if you buy it with that, I bet we'll have to pay booking fees using it now.

Another definitive list of embarrassing things.........Can anyone explain the West Ham 14 referenced in this post by one of the most bitterest cunts over there? Also YNWA sang by UTD fans first? Laughing about ‘spades in the ground’ haha, a bit premature on that one, just wait till next year you cunt!

Koulibaly is going to be the most expensive defender ever if he leaves Napoli. It will be higher than VVD. Don't see us doing that.
If there was any form of acceptance from Koulibaly to come here, we should throw the cheque book at them, he would put us on the map in terms of transfer dealings. Real statement of intent and what would should be aiming for if we want to ever move from midtable status quo.

Should get Les Ferdinand and John Fashanu to put in a good word for them. I'm sure Koulibaly would welcome it after all the racist abuse he faces in Italy.

Just having a look at their squad. They currently have a squad of 24 first teamers - quite a few on loan but none of them will do anything in the Premiership. Harry Wilson is probably the best of a mediocre bunch but he's nearly 22 and not exactly tearing up the Championship.

Of those 24 an astonishing 8 of them see their contracts expire in the next 18 months. Sturridge, Milner, Origi, Markovic, Moreno, Matip, Lallana and somebody called Conor Randall.

They might get a few quid for the ones leaving in 2020 (matip, lallana and origi) but given their troubles with injuries and/or not being very good they can't expect to make much from them.

Their sale of Solanke, although superficially a receiving a good fee, does perhaps indicate underlying financial concern among the head honchos at FSG. Looking to flog Origi as well, can they really afford to further reduce such a paper thin squad? Looks they can't afford not to, and with a whole host of assets about to depreciate to nothing it's not hard to see why.

They've also unwisely tied Keita, Fabinho and Henderson down to 2023, all on massive wages. Keita and Fabinho didnt even stand out in their leagues but it's now obvious they don't have what it takes to make it in the big league. £100m in transfer fees and about £12m pa in wages....they have been pitiful and FSG may well be casting envious eyes over the park at our Dutch Maestro if they continue to see such mediocrity signed for top dollar.

Nor is it a particularly young squad. Only three members of their first xi are under 25, the overrated and injury prone gomez, that right back and the increasingly leggy looking Robertson.

Most studies confirm that the peak age for footballers is 26. Armed with this info you can't help but worry about Liverpool FC as all their main players have already climbed that hill, whilst some might be able to halt the decline it's fair to say none of them are still ascending the football mountain. Salah, Mane, Firmino, VVD, Hendo, the chunky Swiss international are all closer to their 27th birthday than their 26th. If I was a Liverpool fan Id be worried, this is pretty much their last chance to win the league.

City's U25s include B Silva, Stones, Zinchenko, Jesus, Sane, Sterling, Mendy, Laporte.
Evertons u25s include Pickford, Mina, Zouma, Digne, Davies, Richarlison, Lookman.
Spurs u25s include Kane, Alli, Winks, Sanchez and Dier.

The age profile of Liverpool's squad in concerning to say the least. Considering how much they've spent it's a shame to see it so aged. Maybe Keita and Fabinho can step but the evidence so far suggests this is unlikely. Not only is this their last chance to win the league it might be their last chance to make top 4. Their luck this season has been well documented, an ordinary amount of luck would see them scrapping for 4th but they've also been incredibly lucky with injuries.

If they take this small, ageing squad into next season (especially with Mane and Salah enjoying off to Africa for the summer) then a couple of injuries could spell BIG trouble.

FSG are unlikely to invest further, they've already humiliatingly backed out of trying to sign Pulisic, allowing Chelsea to swoop. Liverpool have crested their lucky wave but, unfortunately, it looks like they're about to crash to Earth. It's a shame really.

Personally I think one of their most appalling episodes involves some some of their "greats" wearing T-shirts indicating that they wanted the team to lose to City.  That reflects very poorly on the club.  I am very confident Liverpool wouldn't do it, put it that way.

The fact that in that game all but two of their players performed at a disgracefully low level is a moot point given their very limited overall ability.  Probably a damning point in itself.

I LOVE this lad!!

Two highlights for me:

His opening gambit of "Just having a look at their squad" like it was a casual glance to fill an idle hour rather than an all-consuming obsession.  I would wager he knows the squad off by heart, their transfer fees, ages and various performance statistics.

The second one is his repetition of being "worried" and "concerned" attempting to underplay his partisan, bitter, and jealousy-tinged opinions, viewpoints defined purely by envy.

Does anyone call him out on his bullshit over there? If someone posted that on here - about a team with double our points tally - someone would say "errr they're 27 points ahead of us". Does that not happen over there?

In fairness, if we lose our next nine games and they win their next nine, we'd probably only be ahead of them on goal difference...

The odd one, yeah. From what I’ve read he seems to get more stick on the Everton side of the forum though.
