He still manages to show that he supports the club, by celebrating wins and bemoaning defeats. But he's never a bellend about it.

He proves that it can be done.

So your saying there is hope for them?

It's more the under 40s barring the few weirdos that are bitterest. The lack of success in nearly 2 generations really has taken its toll. Its mental there are kids who need to speak to their grandad to hear about the last trophy.

It is becoming embarrassing now how so called journos are writing like badly informed fans...the worst type of one eyed knobheads from forums.

Plus the constant stories where knobheads twitter posts are used to 'back up' whatever agenda is being pushed.

Problem is this shite gets into heads and we'll probably be denied stick on penalties now.

It's part of a wider problem with journalism, not just football journalism.

Stoking the right kind of fabricated controversy that will get your audience agitated generates clicks and drives revenue; that is far more important than telling the truth.

At the risk of getting shot down in flames this just highlights the wider issue over the award of penalties and the introduction of retrospective bans has added yet another dimension of inconsistency over the whole issue. Niasse was done , Salah wasn't. Both incidents had some level of contact , why is one a ban and the other not ? Gobshites like Shearer virtually saying players have to dive to get a pen of they feel contact. Referees blowing up for fouls that they let go when they are committed in the box. VCR may help clear up some of it but for me there needs to be a more radical solution. Maybe penalties should not be awarded other than for red card incidents in the box ( maybe add penalties for the last man bringing down players outside the box too). Fouls in the box get you a FK on the edge of the D.  Won't happen I know but the way the rules are being applied by referees and exploited by players is so contentious it makes me question whether spot kicks are too much of a temptation for attackers to simulate and too much of a penalty for defenders to challenge in the box.

There are very very few legit sports journolists around.

Most just write up the match day shit and repeat internet rumours and add sources say to the piece.

The ego on a fair few of them doesn't help either, they think they are a important art of the game. The tactical analysis you see on TV i often a complete disgrace. its all agenda to fit the story they have decided.

Look at the Mirror for a start

Fans explode on social media after noticing ......

I saw Tom Davies in Bold Street tonight, failing to get a table in Mowgli.

Prick was wearing a bright purple trackie.

Please tell me he said “don’t you know who I am....” only to be met with a blank look.

PSG like signing the odd shite player from the Prem, didn't they have some no-mark from Stoke playing when we played them?

Yeah, they got fed up with their fans asking if the players could do it on a wet Wednesday night at stoke so decided to buy from clubs at that level.
