Liverpool effectively shot themselves through both feet there tonight.

The smart move would have been to crash out of the CL and concentrate all resources on the PL.

They may have qualified, but they'll be seen off in either the last 16 or last 8. Their team is half the quality of last season's team.

I make City big favourites now for the PL.

A good night for anyone wanting Liverpool to fail in the PL.

We've really fucked up by staying in it, earning more TV money, gate money, continuous exposure around the world and the possibility of getting more sponsorship deals, attracting better players to build a better squad, the type of thing the Esk constantly tweets about. Also tye chance of winning the biggest club trophy in the world.
