*Shakes head* Everton again.

I tried telling some horrible bitter Evertonian that they weren't as rich as they think and Moshiri is not going to empty his bank account to buy them Messi. He said it was all sour grapes and we should really be shitting ourselves about them overtaking us given that we have stood still for years.

All of this was based on no evidence that they were getting shitloads of money to spend. Koeman has been there for a bit now and they have only signed a backup keeper on a free transfer.

We have at least signed players and had them involved in pre season. They haven't and they still needed to replace a lot of players. They only have 4 weeks left and if this Stones transfer drags on they will start panicking about being able to bring players in because if they were that rich they would have made a statement of intent straight away.

Just in case you were in any doubt about evertons vast resources.

See, you don't have to be rich to be rich, you just need a vague hypothetical situation where your current saviour dilutes his share to allow other people to put money in.

Then they'll show us.

It sounds very much like Tom hicks was helping them with their company structure.

In fairness to Moshiri, his vast resources are being spent on:

  • Upgraded toilet facilities in the Gwladys Street End.
  • Getting into the ground will be easier too. A new access control system will provide speedier access through the turnstiles and, due to its sophisticated data collection, provides the platform for future loyalty card schemes.

Good news if you are going for a shit.
