Agree with all of those, but swap Varys for Lady Mormont. Theres still more to come from Varys, and the mormont girl made a big thing of going out to fight so she's a goner.

 

ETA actually not sure about Davos at this stage either.

Davos still has unfinished business with Melisandre, so think he'll be ok.

 

Missandei won't be battling. Same goes for Varys.

They're not in the battle, but they are in the crypt in Winterfell. Got to assume that the Night King is going to raise some of those dead Starks, because an hour is a long time to fill.

Satisfying is most certainly not the word for it, but Stannis' daughter getting burned alive was a real fucking hell moment in pushing the boundaries of TV. After that, I wondered if there was anything that could happen in the show that could truly shock me again.

Similar to the scene in Sons of Anarchy where Tigs daughter gets set on fire in the hole. The SOA scene was worse to be fair.
