Might spoilerish so scroll past but it's just a theory of mine.

I reckon there will be a ton of flash backs meaning we may well see a lot of older characters which could tie in with reports of ned, the hound and Jon showing up on set.

Now this is because Bran is at the tree with mr miyagi and if I remember correctly the books talk about how the trees allow them to see thorough the trees including what has already past and what is to come.

The hound spotted on set apparently.

Perhaps one can create a great array of villains and anti-heroes on page, but having actors who have that level of gravitas is an exceedingly rare thing; I think it was a huge error - and I don't care what the text said - to get rid of Joffrey, Tywin and Stannis. As well as being great counterpoints, they were the premiere actors on the show.

Prefer Peter Dinklage to all of them.

In the last season Tyrion was kidnapped, for the 3rd time, and kidnapped during that, yet again, but not killed because his captors thought they could sell his penis for more money.

Ridiculous plot lines like that happen, when you've killed every proper baddie.

Like I said...
