Giving up crisps for a month

If you manage it for a month you may find it difficult to go back to them.

I used to each 2 packets a day and replaced them with fruit, having the odd bag every now and then. In the end they just taste salty and like burnt potato.

I find one of my favourites (Roast Beef Monster Munch) inedible now.

This could be the hardest thing , in fact it will be the hardes thing I have ever had to do in my life .

I am really addicted to them . This is going to be hell .

In fact I may even do a diary with accounts of monster munch climbing all over my ceiling

Good luck by the way. Did you try the sweet potato alternatives and such like ? I know they don't taste the same but still. Also, popcorn is virtually fat free.

Did you know, if you eat a packet of crisp a day for one year, you will eat the equivalent of 5 liters of cooking oil \ fat which they are cooked with? And I wonder where that goes?

That's why I gave up eating a packet a day with me lunch!

Good luck with it. I have decided to give up drink for 2011,Im after taking a series of prop bets (with some clauses) which means it will cost me a fortune if i do drink. Maybe ye should make a wager yourself to give ye the extra motivation.
