The thing that always gets omitted from any mention of the Diouf spitting incident is one of the Celtic fans slapping him on the back of the head, which is why he turned round and spat. He’s a dickhead. He shouldn’t have done it. And he comes across as a gobshite. But fuck the one-sidedness of the references to the incident.

I had never ever heard that Diouf was racially abused by a celtic fan. If thats the case then i'd rather Diouf have hit him rather than spat at him. All I knew/saw was that Diouf fell in the crowd and someone lightly patted him on the head.
