I've just driven back from down south, part of the journey along the M40, it was shut southbound after a really bad accident.

 

As I drove past the crash-site the fire brigade and ambulance guys were standing around a car that had been flattened, they weren't working on it but had covered it with a tarp. It really didn't look good for whoever was driving.

 

Fast forward 5 minutes and as I drove past a van I glanced into the cabin. The driver was wearing headphones and watching a fucking film on an iPad he had on the dash board. Fucking crazy.

 

Anyway, I noted the reg number and called the company he worked for. Not a lot they can do to prove it, but fingers crossed he at least paused it till he got onto the A roads.
