this is easily the worst in terms of standard i've seen the PL be for many years.

 

Certainly in terms of the top teams, but I think the weaker clubs have improved gradually over the years.

I dont think they will. The Mancs are unique in that respect. They say in football you get what you deserve - but thats a rule which seems to completely bypass them wankers. They should be sitting here with probably 3 or 4 defeats by now but in true Manc style they've fluked their way to wins and draws they haven't even remotely deserved, maybe thats Slur's influence and the never-say-die approach they seem to have - but thats something we'll only find out once he's gone.

not so sure about that. There's still a lot of dross in the league. The better teams becoming shitter has just evened the playing field out a bit.

 

good to see the 3 promoted teams doing reasonably well for a change though. All seem to want to have a go which is a refreshing change.

In the past its been their relentlessness and never say die attitude thats got them points late on. Yesterday they were shit, Villa just gifted it too them. They may or may not win anything this season, i don't care about tempting fate and all that bollocks..... this is easily the worst United squad for 20 years.

This is what pisses me right off. This season just like last, no one team is head and shoulders above anyone else. Even chelsea look vulnerable. Meantime we can only take a point off wigan and stoke.

 

I just hope them fuckers down the east lancs dont come good or they'll be looking at 19 ffs.

The league is wide open this season. How fucking frustrating is it that it wasn't like this 2 years ago when we were playing really well?

 

We'd have pissed it in 08/09 if the league had been like this.

 

A loss from being relegated, two wins from CL, this is fun for once...
