Interesting to be watching a football match rather than whatever it is we've been producing for months now. Think everyone is putting in the effort and trying to be positive but given they're not familiar with each other - the through balls to Konchesky evidence of that - we understandbly lack cohesion. Also, they're pretty decent. I think they will tire in the last 20 minutes though.

Im beginning to wonder if Roy is so afraid of his away record, that he has started practicing away tactics at home. Steaua plays like a home team, closing us down high up the field, while we drop deep inviting pressure. Yet again we are being dominated by a side we should comfortably be beating...and our cowardly approach is killing every joy I have of watching football.

 

Everyone can have a bad day, but take away 15 minutes of the 2nd half we have been bloody awful all through the season, and Roy needs to consider how he goes about preparing the team.
