Bollocks. Heaton was class. And rolling out Norman Cook was ace.

I don't particularly like that song you mentioned but what you've done there is pick one song out of a catalogue of twenty odd albums he's produced to critique him.

Didn't see it but noticed Paul Heatons put this out. Obviously some were not impressed by the change in co singer.

Lead singer is a bit of a caricature of himself and some of the songs are cringey as fuck but they are a brilliant live band and perfect for Glastonbury.

It's good of them to spell out words in half their songs, very educational.

A lot of music fans are absolute bellends.

'Why don't they just reform and tour?'

'Why does't that person play with that person anymore?'

'Why don't they put out the same sounding LP 20 times in a row?'

Because they don't fucking want to you spoilt cunt.

You would deffo avoid the next seat on the train to the Idles' frontman.

I saw them at some free festival years ago in I think Rotterdam and he spent 10 minutes or so before they came on prowling the stage, staring at everyone, psyching himself up. No one knew who the fuck he was before they came on.

They were fucking great though.

Each to their own but not a single one of them is getting a finger up their arse in a tent this weekend unless it’s their own

Decent these. Bringing back some 90s vibes. Tits about to fully flip out and all.

Boss band.

Check out the song Drunk II - its got an early 90's manics vibe....

I Got Heaven is boss too. The album version is more powerful than what they just delivered live.

I would 100% go for a pint with him - Joe Talbot. He's got some fantastic ideals and he's been through the mill in his personal life. Fascinating bloke.

Lauper sounds like a drowning cat.

She was hot & cold I thought. Awful in some places but good in others. To be fair at 71 that's quite a performance. Deff still would too.
