Teenage boys, who think they're now men, who can't go out in public without keeping their hand down their trousers.

Leave your cock alone you dirty fucking meff.

Aw give em a break col. Its not been that long since they discovered how tremendous wanking is.

Self control comes later.

Isn't calling younger family members 'our kid' something that a lot of Northerners do? I hadn't heard the term until I watched the kids TV series Jonny Briggs (set in the North) where Jonny's family used to call him that. People in the Midlands definitely don't use that.

The dad from Jonny Briggs was in Star Wars. Bit of trivia that.

Anyone who believes they are an expert or world authority on every single subject under the sun. Also anyone who always reckons they paid less than you for something and always make out that they are some master negotiator.

I could have wrote that better and on a better laptop I paid less for.

What's all this travel-brew hatred?

If I'm setting off on a 90 minute drive up to some fucking hellhole to sort their local infrastructure out I'll throw some tea in a Costa travel mug as it keeps it warm and stops it pissing out everywhere if I slam on or put my foot down. I can then also refill it on site if needed if there is brewing gear.

What's the problem here you oddballs?

Concurred; I imagine someone who has a twenty minute commute to their nice warm office has no need but for those of us who travel long journeys in order to work in remote places in all weathers, they are ace.

Les than you because I have a friend who makes them.

Leads perfectly onto cunts who always have " friends " who work in places that give huge discounts.

That you never hear about until you've bought something that they could allegedly have got far cheaper for you. "Oh, you should have asked me first."

Yeah I'll do that in future. Every time I'm about to make a purchase I'll whip out me mobile and give you a bell to ensure your sisters fellas best mates dad doesn't work in the establishment I'm at in order to save me astronomical sums of money.

On the other hand, fuck off you lying spoofing cunt.

Got a mate who's a classic for that. Always says I should have called him before I bought something; and then when I actually do, surprise-surprise, he can't sort anything out.

Hahaha

"I've just had a duck-billed dinosaur fossil flown in from Australia, cost me a huge amount of money but it's important for my research"

"Should have said lad, i'm in contact with a fella who works at jurassic park and his kid runs an airline so I coulda got you boxed off there cheap as fuck, he owes me a favour anyway after I sold him a bag of green on tic"

Gobshite Team Leaders who misinterpret an email (that is being critical of another person who is not performing their daily tasks in the correct way and is pretty damn constructive and well put together) as me accusing them of being a bully.

Crying (full on tears apparently) about it to their head of department, who then speaks to my boss. Who then has to have a word with me because it has been raised (even though she agreed my email was spot on and in no way could have been misinterpreted by anyone with an IQ of 12+)

So I decide to discuss this matter in person with said gobshite

"Alright mate, what's this about that email I sent you about x?"

"Oh, Don't worry about it?"

I am not worrying, but don't go to your boss in fucking tears because you can't read a fucking email properly.

Next time I am calling you a cunt to your face.

Lo and behold, I get an invitation to grievance meeting on Tuesday.

The whole grievance is based on her not being happy with my opinion and me doing my job. The fucking gobshite.

Cant be doing with this kind of behaviour; its just real snidey, shithouse stuff going behind your back and formalising the matter rather than addressing any issue with you and leaving it at that. Fingers crossed that the meeting is just part of the mandatory process that has to take place once a grievance is raised and that will be the end of the matter. I'll leave it to others to suggest suitably creative ways of getting your own back

I wouldn't mind I went to speak to her on Wednesday to discuss my email. Was told not to worry about it. Yeah it's just part of the standard procedure.

I am going to wipe the floor with them as they have lied and contradicted themselves throughout the process.

On the bright side, her boss will be massively pissed off about having to go through this crap and may fire her when the chance arises.

I used to hate doing these when I worked for a large corporate. Although the one when the lad was using his work laptop for watching porn at home was quite hilarious
