S Africa far-right leader Terreblanche 'killed'

Recommended Posts

no, and im not sure the present government is anywhere near as bigotted and corrupt as the former was anyway, if you live by the sWord, you have to understand theres a good chance youll die by it... oh heres another good one, you reap what you sow...

Funnily enough Terreblanche has been sidelined for the last 8 to 10 years and his murder has now actually brought him back into the spotlight he craved in life.

Oh and here's another good one try debating the point that was made. Saying that the previous government was more bigoted is stating the bloody obvious.

He's exaggerating, it's between 2,500 and 3,000.

It's something like one attack every second day and it's not only white farmers, violent crime is out of control fuelled by a government who's members appear intent only upon one thing- self enrichment.

Recently the head of COSATU (SA Trade Union Forum) suggested lifestyle audits for all MP's etc. He immediately went from hero to zero overnight and has been subject to personal attacks by the ANC Youth League.

My initial number was from one article, another states ' in excess of 3000 ' still a huge amount though.

In Zimbabwe 4000 have been driven from their farms with a dozen or so killed apparently.

Zimbabwe was once the ' bread basket ' of Africa, now, not so much.

Anyone travelling their should be wary, always wanted to go, not so sure now.

Yeah Zimbabwe was once the bread basket now it's just a basket case. Without doubt people visiting SA need to be aware at all times but you can still have a great holiday.

Interestingly enough the SA minister for agriculture stated recently that 97% of the farms purchased and redistributed to the previously disenfranchised are not producing anything at all. He went on to say that the government is considering requesting that the previous owners come back to help.

Same in Zimbabwe, they took the land and the houses with no intention / Idea how to work the land. It is surely to the benefit of everyone to be self sufficent and produce your own, and to work the land.

SA saw what happened in Zim and tried to work things out legally. What they never took into account was that the new owners had never really worked on farms that were so big. Previously they had grown enough to feed the greater family producing enough to take to market is a new concept. The ministry of agriculture here are seriously worried. The question now is will the previous owners help out and will the new owners change to provide more?
